From 1990 to 1996 I worked in the bay area in-home health facilities in which I worked with a girl with cerebral palsy for 3 years. I worked as a hospice professional. I raised my children from 1996 to 2017. I worked at several home health agencies from 2015 to 2018. I worked from 2018 till now as a direct support staff working with mentally challenged people. I have worked part-time in a group home with 4 women. I have had several clients I have worked with Alzheimer's disease. I have been working with 86 Alzheimer's clients for 2 years. I have had a couple of others who have Alzheimer's. I recently had a client 92 who I lived with for 2 weeks who is in hospice. He and his wife had walkers. I assisted him to the bathroom fixed him meals gave him meds. Helped dress and put depends on him, I have transferred clients, bathed, dressed, light cooking and done house cleaning, taking clients to errands and appointments, I work well with my clients.
