I'd describe my personality as hard working and easy going. I have excellent boundaries and low drama. My communication style is serious when it needs to be but I love to laugh, am transparent, vulnerable and kind. I am looking to be hired for senior care positions that are in close proximity to my home town of Gresham. Hospice is my passion and as an RN for 16 years am available to care for those with more complex needs. On the other hand, I am open to negotiating wage if the care needs are less complex. I can foresee physical and functional changes that are coming and prepare a person and their family before those changes arrive. My schedule is very flexible. I can facilitate overnight care occasionally, split shifts (based on travel time), assist for longer travel that a client may have planed (depending on length of time away), etc. I love to camp with my family, read, paint, ski and participate in "all things end of life" which spans anywhere from programming to presence.

Marci is a fabulous person, amazing nurse, and wonderful caregiver. Her medical knowledge and skills are strong, but more importantly, she has an amazing connection to the people who she cares for, listening to their desires and putting their wishes first. I have known Marci for two years and find her to be a wonderful and amazing human being as well as a fabulous caregiver.
