Marcia is extremely helpful and truly loves my daughter. Which, makes me comfortable with her watching her. She is trustworthy and very proactive. She is personable and professional. My daughter really likes her and is also being exposed to the Spanish language because Marcia is bi-lingual. Which was something we were really looking for when hiring a nanny.
