About Marcello

I'd describe my personality as patient, sensitive and compassionate. I like caring for seniors because they have all lived such long and rich lives and even when they are unwilling to open up there is still so much to be learned from them. I believe giving them attention and respect is something that is vitally undervalued in our current society. For me I feel putting in that time with them is as beneficial to me as it is to them. I'm looking for a job that allows me to connect with someone on a personal level. I enjoy the process of that happening with someone over time, and appreciate when my work accomplishments can be noticeable changes in a relationship. In my spare time, I like to write and play music. I love seeing live music performed and talking with other musicians. I also really enjoy watching and making films. I enjoy being outdoors playing sports, and riding my bike. I like people watching outside and the older I've gotten the more interested in spirituality become.
