I was also a summer camp counselor for over 5 years working with large groups of children from ages 5-13. I am very creative and love to do arts/crafts and fun activities! Marcella has been our nanny for our baby girl for the past 5 months, from 4mo-9mo. Marcella was absolutely wonderful. Marcella was extremely prompt and professional, she arrived on-time everyday, and kept to whatever schedule of tasks we asked of her. She was also very thoughtful, not doing tasks like a robot, but rather we could tell that she cared and she would be mindful of what our baby might need (playing, singing, feeding, dressing her in clothes appropriate for the temperature, changing her diaper whenever it was needed, proactively keeping the environment safe, etc). Our baby formed a bond with Marcella (so did we) and we could tell that this was mutual, and it showed in how she cared for our child. Marcella was a wonderful nanny, and any family would be lucky to have her to take care of your child.
