We love Marcela! She is so fun and positive, fantastic with both our exuberant dog and our energetic toddler. Our kid is always a bit sad when she realizes that we're leaving, but within moments, Marcela engages her and she doesn't mind us leaving at all! We hire Marcela every chance we get.
