About Marc

I am grateful for the hundreds of kids that I have with. Coming from all walks of life. I believe in teaching kids independence as this will help them later in life. I have accomplished this through relevant activities and interest groups. I have taught culturally relevant activities to have better understanding of the diversity of this society. I love all art and use this so kids can freely express themselves through all mediums. Sports I believe is important for kids to learn sportsmanship and eventually having good teamwork skills. My behavior management begins with trust as I want them to feel safe enough to talk to me about anything. After trust is strong I want to be able to communicate and be a good listener in there problems. In the end, I am not afraid to be silly but can set clear expectations so the child can be successful.
