About Mara

Hello! My name is Mara, and I'm looking for a private nanny job in the Santa Cruz area. I am looking for a job that is at least 30-40 hours a week, and I'm hoping to take care of 1-3 kids at a time. My experience is mostly with ages 12-24 months, but I have experience with 6-12 months, toddlers, pre-k and grade school. I am experienced in feeding, diapers, bottles, napping and providing a safe, fun environment for the little ones! I currently work with infants at a daycare, and I have also worked as a teacher's aide in a pre-k class and I teach art to a wonderful 8-year-old girl. My favorite activities with kids are art, reading and puzzles. I care about not only nurturing little ones, but also helping them grow emotionally and developmentally. I love watching them become their own person! I also have experience with dogs, cats, and other animals. I am happy to assist with housekeeping/chores, meal prep and more.
