Hey there! My name is Maranda! I'm 28 years old and I live in Columbia, MO with my 2 kids. I relocated here March 2021. On top of being a mother 24/7, I'm also enrolled in online classes at MACC & an assistant to my mother's faith based T-shirt business. I have approximately 7 years of senior care experience. I've worked jobs that required me to be a companion, bathe, transport, and cook for the elderly. If needed, I'm experienced in changing briefs, bed pads, using a gait belt, taking vitals and passing medications. If there's something I have not trained in, I'm a fast learner & wouldn't mind learning something new! (I catch on quick) I am a reliable, family-oriented, hard working & caring person! I enjoy working in home health care and love getting to know my clients! I always ensure my job is completed fully to satisfy my employer. My starting pay rate is $25/hr but am willing to negotiate, if needed.

It has been delightful having Maranda here these past few weeks. She is a caring focused thoughtful care-giver. She is always punctual and immediately checks the list for the suggestions the family offered her for my care. After completing the "list", she is willing to help anyway she can -- even to dusting or making brownies!!! She is efficient, quick, caring, courteous, and gracious at all times. She has met several residents and we all agree she is an asset to her profession. It has been fun being with her, too!!!!
