As a nurturing and skilled childcare professional with four years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My previous babysitting roles have reinforced my desire to make a positive impact on young lives. Regarding communication with parents, I adapt to their preferred method, ensuring transparency and building trust. I believe in consistency and follow the parents' lead when it comes to household rules. I love spending time outside, reading books, and playing board games. I'm comfortable caring for multiple children at a time and am willing to assist with carpooling and travel. My training includes CPR and certification as a Nursing Assistant.
