About Mara

I'm a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with a passion for supporting families. I have one year of experience caring for children between the ages of 1 and 3, and I'm comfortable looking after up to three children at a time. I believe every child is unique and deserves a safe, stimulating environment to thrive. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I love the outdoors! I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules and following the parents' preferred communication method. I am currently enrolled at the University of Michigan-Flint and in my 3rd year of the nursing program studying to be a pediatric nurse practitioner. I have my BLS certification which is the basic life support which includes CPR and choking procedures. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
