About Mara

Hello! My name is Mara, but I go by my middle name, Claire. I am 23 years old and currently in graduate school completing my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Charleston South University. I am originally from California, but have been dreaming of moving to Charleston for years so I am so happy to finally be here. I attended San Diego State University (go Aztecs!) where I completed my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. I babysat for several families all throughout high school and undergrad. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know all of the children that I have babysat over the years and watching them grow up. A little bit more about me: I am the youngest of four children, I have a passion for all things health and fitness, I am also a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and I love running, swimming, and hiking in my free time! I'm excited about the prospect of bringing my energy, experience, and love for fun to your family!
