Leticia (Manuela) was a joy to have in our home. She is incredibly kind, warm, and easy to be around, which made her presence not just helpful but genuinely comforting. Her cleaning work was excellent, she paid close attention to detail and often went above and beyond without being asked. I was regularly impressed by the little things, like how thoroughly she cleaned my hairbrushes (better than I ever could!) or how certain cabinets and pantries were gradually deep-cleaned over time. The only thing to note is that her English is limited, so for the most seamless experience, I recommend sending her a list of tasks ahead of time, which she can translate and ask any questions about via message. This allows her to work efficiently and independently. Highly recommend .
