About Manita

I have worked full time as a licensed massage and Trauma Therapist in Seattle for the last 17 years. I am going to attend Grad school in fall of 2023 for counseling. It will be about 6 hours of a class time per week. Before therapy, I worked in the Supplement department of health food stores as I'm very interested in Nutrition, supplements and longevity. I moved to Seattle to study at Bastyr but chose to study Urban Planning at UW instead. I love cooking heathy meals, and am well versed in diets that are gluten, lactose or allergen free. Once a week I like to spend the afternoon roasting veggies and a chicken or fish and baking a (light on sugar) tasty baked item (cake, cookies etc.) I am an artist/craftsperson and apprenticed to a Goldsmith for 6 years. I have lived all over the world and speak Italian, Some French & Spanish, Afrikaans/Dutch and was learning Indonesian when I lived there. I love Nature and all animals. Hope to chat further!
