I am a mom, raised my son mainly solo, owned a successful yoga studio and training school for 17 years. Have semi retired but still too young and active to just sit around. I spent the past 6 months taking care of a lovely gentleman who had stage 4 cancer. I was with him right until the end. Besides his physical needs, like bathing, feeding, medications, I also paid his bills, took him to medical appointments, to visit friends, cooked, laundry and basically was like a daughter, tending to all his needs. His family were able to relax, knowing that their dad was in good hands. I also assisted in his physical therapy and motivated him to move around.
