Hi, I'm Mandy & I offer PT & FT child care in my home for children 1 yr & older (M-F 8am- 6pm). I provide meals & a whole-child, welcoming environment. I was a teacher at a daycare for years, so I'm used to balancing the needs of 5 babies/6 toddlers at once. I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Social & Behavioral Sciences & have taught kindergarten & PreK (Montessori & traditional). I've been a babysitter since age 11, FT nanny, & tutor. I was involved in Big/Little Sister's mentoring, before/after-school programs & was a children's party hostess. I have always been told that I have a gift with children & I have babysat for many families for years. Taking care of & educating children has always come naturally to me & brings me joy every day! I enjoy collaborating with parents, using my knowledge, empathy & communication skills.
