About Mandy

I'd describe my personality as energetic, loving, honest, playful, sympathetic and driven. I like working with kids because they keep me on my toes. I love to teach and learn with them. I'm looking for a job that allows me to get out of the house and be with children. I would like to find a family that I can work with on a regular basis, but will do occasional childcare as well. I started working with kids when my children were young because I wanted to have the same schedule as them. I worked with the public schools for many years and then ran a daycare and preschool out of my home for several years. In my spare time, I like to swim, boat, and fish with my husband. My skills include First aide/CPR, teaching, cooking and light house work. Honestly it depends on the ages of your children and the needs of your family.
