I am a mother of 4 and a previous educator in ECE. I have worked as a nanny for 4 different families. I have been an assistant teacher, lead teacher, campus manager, curriculum lead, and an assistant director during my 8 years of working in the childcare industry. I have an AA in Elementary Education and have had 72+ hours of specified training for the care of early childhood children. I have worked with children from 6wks-12+yrs. I am very familiar with Conscious Discipline strategies and use them to help children learn social emotional skills. I love to get on the floor and play with the children in my care to create moments for a child to develop certain skills. Mandy is a wonderful person. Great with children and has 3 of her own. Has been a nanny for many years and takes pride in her work. She loves the children as her own and would do anything for them. She even remembers their birthdays even after she's done watching our children. Highly recommend.
