About Mandisa

With over 15 years of experience working with children, I've dedicated my career to helping families and supporting kids in their growth. My roles include sports coach, babysitter, teacher, and currently Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), specializing in assisting children with special needs. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology and am pursuing a master's to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I am also First Aid and CPR certified, prioritizing safety and individualized care. I love working with kids because of their energy, curiosity, and creativity. It's rewarding to play a role in their growth, whether by teaching new skills, supporting challenges, or creating a safe and fun environment where they can thrive.
