About Manahill

I've had my educational background in Sociology from UCLA and have spent post-grad working with at risk foster youth, and currently work in the education department of a residential treatment facility for youth. With such intensive experience with children from adverse backgrounds, I'm comfortable caring for up to 3 children at a time and I'm happy to assist with carpooling and light housekeeping. I believe I carry a calm, friendly, and empathetic nature that allows me to provide children and youth with a safe space to connect and build a trusting relationship. I believe in clear and open communication with parents, and I am able to provide regular updates on their child's day. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I am CPR and First Aid Certified, with significant crisis management experience. I am excited about the opportunity to bring support, and a nurturing environment to your home!
