I bring a blend of creativity, assertiveness and excellent communication skills to ensure a fun and safe environment for children under my care. I am thrilled at the opportunity to care for your little ones with the genuine love for children and a knack for creativity. I believe in nurturing young minds through playful activities, and interactive learning experiences. My assertive yet warm approach and shows a safe and structured atmosphere, while fostering a sense of exploration and growth. Effective communication is a paramount, and I keep parents informed and involved every step of the way. One thing you should know about me is I was the captain of a cheer team, so I had a lot of responsibility in terms of making sure everybody's on the same page and doing the right things as well as teaching, and observing everyone's needs. I also used to work for a dementia patient and that has taught me a lot about caregiving.
