I have a Master's degree in Computer Science. I used to work in the Technology field but now I stay at home. I love to teach and I'm patient with children. While I can teach high school math, I'm currently available to teach up to middle school grades. I prefer in-person teaching as I feel that helps the child connect with the tutor and it is more personal. I'm mostly flexible with the hours during the weekdays. As for my philosophy when it comes to teaching, it's more important for me that the child understands the concepts and has a good grasp of them rather than being efficient at solving problems - the latter naturally follows when the former happens. And I believe in fitting to the child's learning mode rather than expecting them to fit my teaching mode.
