About Mallory

I'd describe my personality as Relaxed, Fun, but Determined I like working with kids because it allows me to be fun and creative. flexible and trustworthy, current nanny m-f 10:30-5in J-town I started working with kids when I became a big sister. Since being with my autistic brother I learned that every kid is so unique and special in their own ways. I've since went on to babysitting for friends and family. In my spare time, I like to be artistic. Usually my sit down time includes some form of drawing, painting, and other crafts. I also love to train my dogs on my free time. One thing you should know about me is I have very strong communication skills. Personal communication and understanding of breaking down situations to best accommodate emotional values. There is way more to how a child's environment will affect their performance and independence along to basic nurturing skills. My skills include Patience, Regulating emotions, and my hyper awareness of situations around me.
