About Mallory

Hi! My name is Mallory, and I have a passion for childcare. I find it important for children to laugh, experience new things, play and be creative while learning to be themselves in a positive environment. I have 3 years of experience in babysitting, both recurring through out the week and sometimes here and there. Ages ranging from 3-5 and I have 4 months of childcare at a daycare setting, ages ranging from 3 months to 4 years. Through experience, I am confident in my abilities to provide patience and compassion, fun interactive activities for all age groups, trustworthiness between both parent and child, conflict resolution and a playful demeanor. I believe it is important that if necessary, any disciplinary action should be discussed between the parent and caregiver and should only be what both are comfortable with. I am CPR certified, have a drivers license and reliable transportation, I am not allergic to any pets. I am fully prepared to make snacks and meals as well!
