About Mallika

I've been a childcare provider for over five years because I'm passionate about the positive impact I can make in children's lives. My patient and calm demeanor, combined with my creativity and friendly nature, help create a warm and nurturing environment for the children in my care. I believe in open communication with parents, providing verbal updates at pickup and regular text or phone call updates throughout the day. While I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, I also use my experience to gently guide children towards positive behavior. From outdoor sports to board games and educational activities, I enjoy a variety of games that promote physical, social, and intellectual development. I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time, and my experience spans all age groups from toddlers to preteens. With some high school education under my belt, I'm always seeking opportunities to learn and grow as a caregiver.
