Malika has been with our family for 2.5 years on both a full- and part-time basis, including our transition from two to three children. She has been nothing short of wonderful with our kids. Malika is an excellent caregiver: she is kind yet firm, effectively enforces rules and expectations, reinforces positive behavior, and stays calm under pressure (there can be a lot of chaos with three boys ages 2, 3, and 4). She always celebrates my kids’ small “wins” and goes out of her way to make them feel special—they always enjoy their time with her. Malika is prompt and reliable, and even though two of my boys have some medical needs, I always feel very safe leaving my kids in her care. We are very grateful for Malika!
