Malika is absolutely wonderful. She is the embodiment of professional and reliable, yet still can be silly and get on the same level as children. Our 3 year old daughter took to her immediately! Malika has a calm demeanor but is still somehow able to keep rules and structure without yelling or forcing etc. It's pretty remarkable. We love Malika and I think any family would be lucky to have her in their lives.
