About Malia

I'm patient, creative, and a bit silly at times, which I believe is a perfect combination for a childcare provider. I'm motivated to make a difference in the lives of young children and have a year of experience caring for children between the ages of four and 11. I can comfortably look after up to three children and am willing to help with light housekeeping and cooking. I believe in open communication and will use the preferred method of the parents to discuss their child's day or any concerns that arise. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for the children. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I also love technology-based games and apps that keep kids engaged and entertained. I also love doing arts and crafts with kids! I am currently a remote college student pursuing a career in musical theater so the arts are a passion of mine that I love to share with the kiddos!
