Hi! My name is Malia and I am 26 years old and living in Nashville. I currently work as a case manager for the Department of Children's Services. I have my Masters of Education from National University. I did my undergrad at UW Madison and double majored in Social Welfare and Psychology. I have been a full time nanny for multiple families with children ages 1 through 10 and am happy to provide references. While studying abroad in Cape Town, South Africa I had the opportunity to be a teachers assistant in a 3rd grade classroom in the township of Manenberg. Additionally, I have volunteered as a childcare provider for about 10 kids ages 1-14 at a homeless shelter for two years, worked as a summer camp counselor at the YWCA three summers in a row, babysat for various families, and tutored kids of all ages.

We have loved working with Malia! She is so good with our 9-year old son and plays with him and takes him to appointments. She has also been really helpful in taking care of our 9 week old puppy! Our family hopes she will work with us again when she returns home for summer next year!
