About Malena

Hi! Ive been given the privilege to work as a helping hand for busy parents and their kids for over two years now and plan on furthering my practice and experience as a babysitter and nanny. I believe I can make an effective and immediate contribution to your family. My work and life experience has allowed me to strengthen my abilities in child supervision, child development and childcare. I am punctual and dependable, being someone who you can count on to show up and get the job done. I never shirk my responsibilities, and I'm always ready to step up and help out. I have a 10-year-old brother in the Autism spectrum, which has shaped my knowledge and training in behavioral development. I make it a priority to learn all I can to improve what I know and what I can offer my employer. I think this is one of the personal attributes that set me apart. Additionally, I pride myself on being organized, detail-oriented and a capable manager of my time.
