I am a mother of 2 adult daughters and have been in healthcare since 1986. Married to a General practitioner for 28yrs. We had 2 medical clinic which we managed together, until he died. I was also an ICU Nurse in Guyana until 2010 when I migrated to the USA. I worked as nursing assistant at NYWUH, full time for 4 years and was preparing to get my nursing license but discontinued because of family commitments, to do home-care. After I resigned from the hospital in 2016, I did home-care full time as self employment, until present date. I am working part time since 2016 with 2 Alzheimer's and Dementia client, who also suffers from severe Anxiety. My medical background and experience will be a great asset to whoever hires me. I love what I do and that has helped me to be great in my job. I worked part time baby sitting before Covid but focused on elder care because parents were at home. My nurturing personality and experience is a great asset to anyone who hires me.
