About Makna

Hi! My name is Makena, I am 19 years old. I've been working with kids for three years, ages 0-5. I have been a nanny for an infant and for 5 and 8-year-old siblings. I also currently work at The Learning Experience childcare center in the infant room taking care of multiple babies at a time. I'd describe my personality as kind, compassionate, and fun! My favorite thing about working with kids is getting to watch them and their personalities grow. Kids teach us so much everyday and I love hearing what they have to say. I'm looking for a job where I can become not only a caregiver, but someone you and your kids love and trust. I believe in honest and open communication with parents and I am comfortable enforcing whatever household rules you may have. I have my own car and I am comfortable transporting children if necessary. I have been driving for over 3 years with a clean record. I also can and love to cook and can clean. I can't wait to meet your family!
