About Makiyah

Direct Support Professional. I supported 4 elders in a group home. On a daily basis I would cook breakfast or dinner while making sure their individual eating needs were met. I also gave out daily medications at the times they were needed, some needed medication at different times than others but it was my job to remember. Over all it was a very good experience helping these individuals and catering to their individual needs, wants and just getting to know them individually as 2 of them were non verbal.
