About Makiyah

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, warm, encouraging! I like working with kids because I've grown up with a large family! I have six siblings and am the eldest sister. I love helping out whenever I can! Caring for children is in my blood. I'm looking for a job that allows flexibility! I am a college freshman and I take my academic status seriously. However, I have found time to devote to work. I started working with kids officially last year. As I mentioned earlier, I have many siblings and have taken care of children all my life. In my spare time, I like to cook, do crafts, spend time with family/friends, read, watch movies/tv shows and workout! One thing you should know about me is I love to learn. I truly believe that I learn something new everyday. I also have a bubbly personality and I consider myself to be personable. My top three child care skills include patience, compassion, and problem solving.
