Hello! My name is MaKerya but I prefer to go by Mak! As caregiver with four years of experience, I am dedicated to providing a safe & nurturing environment for children. My journey in childcare began with enjoyable babysitting roles to working as preschool teacher, I discovered my passion for positively impacting young lives. My patient and calm demeanor, paired with my creative nature & passion for fun, allows me to connect with children easily! Open communication is essential, so I ensure regular updates to parents via their preferred method, whether it's text or phone calls. Regarding household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead to maintain consistency for the children. From outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles, I enjoy a variety of activities with children. My CPR training further enhances my ability to provide a secure environment. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children, ranging from infants to preteens!
