About Makenzie

Hello! I'm Makenzie. I'm currently working in child care full time and am looking for weekend jobs. I've been in child care for 6 months but have been babysitting for friends and family since I was 16. Over the months in childcare I've developed life long skills that include age appropriate problems solving skills, playtime, age appropriate food preparation, and many more. Though I haven't been in the field for very long, I'm confident in my ability to take the skills that I have learned into my weekend with your littles! Before I entered the childcare field I was a vet technician for five years so if you have fur babies it's definitely a thumbs up for me. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, patient, and practical. In my spare time, I like to grab a blanket and my favorite book and spend the day in my own world. I enjoy anything art. Painting, drawing, writing. I'm definitely a right brained individual.
