About Makenzie

I've always been passionate about helping children and supporting families, which led me to become a childcare provider. As a patient, calm, and creative individual, I strive to provide a safe environment for children to learn, grow, and have fun. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating openly with parents about their child's day or any concerns that arise. With five years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for children of the ages 1-12+. My diverse skill set includes cooking and meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, arts and crafts, and swimming supervision. I also have First Aid training and experience working with special needs children. I am currently a senior at West Chester University studying Communications Sciences and Disorders, in which I plan to get my masters in Speech and Language Pathology. I can't wait to meet you!
