About Makensey

A little about me, I've moved a round a lot in my lifetime, but am a Georgian at heart. I am the eldest daughter out of 3 kids. I moved to Virginia 2 years ago and have loved it ever since! In those 2 years, I have worked with special needs children. I am currently an RBT ( Registered Behavioral Technician ) and I implemented life skills for kids. I have worked with a large age range of children from 3-16, and loved it all! I feel the greatest reward in working closely with children, and cannot wait to continue that with the right family. I'd describe my personality as patient, flexible, and attentive. My skills include daily acts of living, playing pretend, and initiating conversational skills! I'm looking for a job that has good communication, stability, and a chance to take on learning opportunities. In my spare time, I like to go sight seeing. I enjoy looking for new hobbies and am currently into cooking and crocheting. I love to do crafts and create something unique!
