About Makenna

As a caregiver, I bring patience, creativity, and warmth to my role. Growing up with a sister who has special needs and foster siblings instilled in me a deep sense of empathy and understanding for children with diverse backgrounds and needs. I am PCA certified, and have years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to two children, ranging from infants to preteens. I prioritize clear communication with parents, using their preferred method, and I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and nurturing environment. My days are filled with a variety of engaging activities tailored to each child's interests and developmental stage. We might be found splashing in puddles during outdoor adventures, engrossed in board games, or exploring the wonders of learning through educational play.
