About Makena

Hi there! My name is Makena, and I'm a college student with years of experience working with kids of all ages. I've spent several summers as a camp counselor, creating fun, safe, and engaging environments for children to learn, play, and grow. I also coach girls' volleyball at a local volleyball club, where I help young athletes build confidence, teamwork, and skills on and off the court. I'm passionate about being a positive role model and making sure every child feels supported and encouraged. Whether it's helping with homework, playing games, or staying active outside, I bring lots of energy, responsibility, and heart into everything I do. I'd love the opportunity to support your family and be someone your kids can look up to and trust! I hold current certifications in First Aid Training and CPR Training, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in my care.
