We typically screen everyone we are interested in possibly hiring off care before locking them in. However, due to the outstanding reviews I thought we could take the chance and not do that this time. Boy, am I glad we did. Makaylin showed up on time. She is very quiet and reserved but she managed our 3-year-old and twin boys that are 1.5 years old without any issues. We would hire again and highly recommend her.
