About Makayla

As a dedicated childcare provider I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. My journey into caregiving was fueled by a desire to positively impact young lives and support families in need of reliable childcare. With my patient and calm nature, I provide a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. I have experience with kids with sensory disorders along with special needs such as autism and am open to working with them. I am also CPR FIRST AID certified. I believe in open communication with parents and keep them updated on their child's day through daily written reports and verbal communication at pickup. I also respect the parents' preferred communication method. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency for the child. I also incorporate educational games that promote learning and development. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children of various age groups, from infants to preteens.
