About Makayla

I'm a caring and experienced childcare provider with a passion for supporting families. With three years of experience, I've honed my skills in caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive and learn. I'm a patient, friendly, and formal individual who communicates openly with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules and teaching children important life skills. My favorite activities to do with children include playing outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time and am available to provide care for various age groups. I have a car, so transportation is not an issue, and I'm also comfortable with pets. I currently am employed at St. Joseph's Pediatric Emergency Room as a registered nurse.
