In our initial phone call, she was was super sweet, quoted me a price and I made an appointment for tutoring with my son via video. The day of the session, she changed her price which was odd. Once the session started she was super sweet. Within 15 minutes of the session starting, my son advised me that she had left the meeting. She sent me a text advising me that she was having technical difficulty and was not able to get back on. Said she was sorry for wasting our time and that was it. She never attempted to reschedule or even offer us a refund. I was very hesitant on even reviewing here on CARE. It's been 2 days since our appointment and she has yet to reach out. Very disappointing!
