With over 2 years of experience in childcare, I've developed an encouraging approach that prioritizes safety, fun, and learning. My journey began in elementary school when I dreamed of being a babysitter. This passion grew stronger after taking a child development class in high school, where I learned about growth stages and effective caregiving.
