About Makayla

As a caregiver, my passion lies in supporting families and providing reliable childcare. With three years of experience, I am comfortable caring for two or more children at a time and am very comfortable enforcing household rules. My patient and calm nature, coupled with my friendly and approachable demeanor, allows me to build strong relationships with children and parents alike. I believe in open communication and regularly provide updates on your child's day, either verbally at pickup or via text or phone call, whichever you prefer. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy engaging children in a variety of games that stimulate their learning and development, including educational games, technology-based games, board games, and puzzles. Beyond my childcare experience, I have some college education and am proficient in English. I have my own car, am comfortable with pets, and am happy to assist with cooking and meal preparation, as well as light housekeeping.
