About Makayla

I am a third-year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. After completing my undergraduate studies, I plan to further my education by pursuing a Master's degree in the same field. With three years of experience as a childcare provider, I am passionate about fostering the growth and development of children. I have developed a strong ability to create a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children ranging from infants to preteens. My patient, creative, and friendly nature allows me to easily connect with children, building trusting relationships. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's day and addressing any concerns. I enjoy engaging children in a variety of activities, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I have experience caring for up to two children at a time and feel confident in my ability to meet the needs of children across different age groups.
