Hello All, I am a recent graduate of West Virginia University, earning my Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Studies, Magna Cum Laude, in December 2024. My journey in this field has been driven by a deep passion for understanding family dynamics and promoting the well-being of children and their families. With hands-on experience as a nanny and in various childcare roles, I've developed a strong foundation in milestone tracking, curriculum creation, and collaborative family care. My time working with families and childcare centers has taught me the value of open communication and individualized support to help children reach their full potential across all developmental domains. My goal is to use my education and experience to create environments where families can thrive. I'm particularly interested in addressing challenges by connecting families with the resources they need to foster equity, independence, and holistic health.
