About Makaila

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, non-judgmental and passionate! I like caring for seniors because it's important for me to make a difference. I enjoy being able to add enrichment to their lives. I'm looking for a job that has a healthy environment. I started caring for seniors when I was fresh out of high school. 8 years later and many opportunities, I am grateful I started from the bottom. It's given me confidence in caring for not only myself but for other people in the many different stages of life. In my spare time, I like to read, spend time with my family, animals, and during season you can find me in the garden! One thing you should know about me is that I have a huge heart. That can be a disadvantage but I find comfort in working with families who find trust in me when times are hard. My skills include but are not limited to compassion, patience and reliability. I've learned that these qualities are imperative for success in caring for seniors.
