We were really excited when we chose Kahlya, because she seemed like such a great fit. She did really well with my dad. Unfortunately, she was unreliable and couldn't be counted on to be there for her shifts on a regular basis. Consistency and reliability are so important when dealing with Alzheimer's so we made the decision to part ways when it became apparent that this was going to continue to be an issue.
