I have experience working with people on hospice and those living with dementia/Alzheimers. I have been working with and for the elderly and their families and professional caregivers for 10+ years. The main service I provide is care management- helping clients manage their medical and caregiving needs, providing assessments of clients needs, providing transportation advocacy and note taking in Dr appts and managing the scheduling of Dr appts, connecting clients and families to resources such as elder law attorneys specialized drs or support groups, helping clients find the right home care or tour assisted living or long term care facilities, etc.

Mairead is lovely! She worked for me helping to care for my mother who was in the first stages of dementia. She was interested in pursuing a career in elder care and was learning about dementia- we were an excellent match! She left to work as an activities director in an senior living facility.
